PROJECT MANAGER (W/M) - More than 6 years of Supply Chain experience

Our project managers are above all proven experts in supply chain activities. Responsible for managing missions in France and Europe, they also take part in operational actions. They are given direct responsibility for obtaining results in their missions, fully satisfying customers and making sure consultants progress.

Main missions:
- Conducting diagnostics on the tactical or operational level
- Steering customer projects and change management
- Providing specific expertise
- Operational support in customer missions: collecting and analysing data, leading meetings, constructing models and implementing improvement actions
- Coaching of consultants and participation in annual performance reviews
- Implementation of Traker internal development projects
- Participation in Traker sales actions

CONSULTANT (W/M) - 6 years of Supply Chain experience

Our consultants are versatile, in regard to sectors of activity as well as areas of expertise. They put their energy to work on customer missions in France and Europe as a whole. They are given responsibility for the results of their missions, and benefit from a program aimed at helping them progress rapidly from junior to senior consultant status.

Main missions:
- Support the steering of customer projects and change management
- Collection and analysis of customer data
- Conducting observations in the field, interviews, workshops and restitution meetings
- Construction of models, simulations and restitutions
- Implementation of improvement actions: technical, organisational and purchasing actions
- Implementation of performance monitoring tools

Initial contact

If your application catches our attention, we will offer you an initial qualifying discussion by videoconference. It is an opportunity to get to know your skills, personality and ambitions, and to introduce you to the Traker adventure.
Technical interview

You will take part in 2 technical interviews with consultants and managers. You will describe your career path and your aspirations. We'll give you an insight into our day-to-day work, our expectations and some real-life examples of what we've achieved. In addition, we will present 3 case studies related to our activities.
Human Ressources interview

You will discuss your motivations and the potential terms of our collaboration with one of our directors and our recruitment manager.
